Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as a first contact and provide an exceptional first impression for the company.
- Answers incoming calls into the corporate offices, transfer calls to appropriate department or person.
- Greets all visitors and guests pleasantly and with courtesy, provides directions and information regarding services at the corporate location, may be required to escort guests to meeting location if applicable.
- Manages communication with customers and escalates complex issues to manager. Assists all visitors in finding appropriate information to enhance satisfaction levels.
- Provides optimal level of customer services and maintain professionalism to resolve all customer issues.
- Demonstrates the spirit of the philosophy, mission, and values of the company through words and actions and
implements them into the working environment.

Qualifications
