Test Automation Manager:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Framework implementation knowledge in Health care domain using automation tools like Selenium Webdriver with TestNG and Katalon using JAVA.
- Automate the tests by applying JAVA latest features, optimized concepts and following coding standards. Show proficiency in handling various files like XML, JSON and any delimit files.
- Must have strong experience in Java OOPS and Data collections and must have experience writing programs and parsing files like XML and JSON.
- Must be experienced in writing xPath, and DB SQL queries and must have working knowledge of JOINS and analytical functions.
- Coordinate's regression test automation activities across supported applications
- Understand the Application's Service-Oriented Architecture and write the automated test scripts. Develop or Customize the DB queries to fetch the required data from FACETS that can used for Automation Execution.
- Understand the client's SCM process to perform daily Code Check-Ins, Timely Code Reviews, and work on the code merge activities.
- Show proficiency with SCM tools (Bitbucket or SVN), Build Tool (Maven etc.,) and Project Management Tools (JIRA etc.,)
- Working knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery processes and tools like Jenkins, etc. Trigger the automated tests through Jenkins across various environments and monitor the build health.
- Coordinate the automation development, execution and review activities with offshore team based on the requirements from the client at onsite.
- Partners with various cross functional teams to identify, estimate scope of testing and enforce QA Process and Standards across all QA activities.
- Show strong expertise in reproducing, analyzing, debugging the issues, and finding the root cause for clients' production issues.
Primary Skill: (Must Have Skills):
- Good Communication and client facing skills.
- Experience with working on Selenium & Java based automation frameworks
- Experience leading and managing Automation Teams and drive projects to a closure
- Experience in Agile process and testing concepts.
- Hands-on Experience in Building Data base queries [Temp tables, Joins, Analytical functions] based on requirements.
- Good to have experience/Knowledge in Katalon Studios.
- Good to have experience/knowledge in Azure Devops.
- Experience in working with offshore/onshore team
Secondary Skill: (Preferred Skills):
- Experience in Health Care Domain.
- Experience/Knowledge with building CI/CD Pipeline using Jenkins
