Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $[82,000– 115,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Applications will be accepted until 5/15.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

We are seeking a Sr. Developer skilled in Databricks Qlik Sense Snowflake and SQL Server and with domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance. This role involves developing innovative solutions to enhance our data analytics capabilities ensuring high-quality data management and analytics practices to support our strategic objectives in the insurance sector.
Proven experience in Databricks Qlik Sense Snowflake and SQL Server is required.
Strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain is essential.
Ability to design and implement complex data solutions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data analytics needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
Design and implement efficient data pipelines using Databricks ensuring optimal data flow and storage.
Develop and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards for real-time data visualization and insights.
Utilize Snowflakes data warehousing capabilities to manage and analyze large datasets effectively.
Write complex SQL queries to extract transform and load data ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Apply best practices in database management and data integration to support Property & Casualty Insurance analytics.
Identify opportunities for data optimization and implement strategies to improve data processing and analysis.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in data analytics and insurance analytics.
