-Develop and grow client relationships within our Auto Portfolio
-Act as a go-to human-centered design expert in the Automotive domain and special focus on Dealer and Owner Experience
-Act as the Automotive SME, relied on for strategic POVs
-Support RFP and pitch creation across DX opportunities within the Automotive vertical
-Contribute to pre-sales, scoping, client reviews and negotiations
-Understand and incorporate complex business, strategic, and technical requirements into engagement opportunities
-Design and facilitate successful presentations and workshops for senior executive level clients
-Conduct trend-scans to identify market drivers
-Actively manage a broad network of stakeholders across the client organization, and within Cognizant, Cognizant Digital Experience and network agencies, including Idea Couture
-5 years experience in agency/consulting or client side with a focus on Automotive or Utilities
-Digital agency experience or MBA is considered a strong asset
-Proven ability to critique, analyze, and elevate digital strategies and ideas
-Strong client leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to command and guide a room
-Design thinking and diverse strategic/experience design skill set, with a focus on digital products, platforms, and programs
-Proficient in personas, design principles, user journeys, service blueprints, and rapid prototyping methods
-Conversant in the principles and practices of human-centered design
-Experience in ideation activities including opportunity identification and analysis, segmentation, and product and business model definition
Note: Currently travel is not a requirement; would expect up to 25% as business requirements change
-Be a part of and play a critical role in shaping a niche and nimble culture within a global firm
