Role: .Net Lead Engineer (Hands-on)

Work experience required: 8 - 10yrs

Skill set : ,.Net Programming-C# .Net,.Net Framework,ASP.NET,MS SQL Server,.Net Core

Required Skills:
Take ownership for the Problem Management Process
Define the triggers for creating problem records
Ensure all problems are recorded in the service management system
Ensure all Severity 1 and 2 incidents have a relevant problem record created
Ensure periodic tren L2d analysis (Severity 3/4) of incidents to identify problem areas and implement permanent fixes
Ensure problem records are created for code fixes
Ensure incidents, problems and changes are linked in the service management tool (as applicable)
Ensure known errors are added to the KEDB along with the work around information
Ensure incident recurrence is monitored for a defined period after deployment of permanent fixes
Provide inputs to SLA/OLA rebase line exercise (pertinent to Problem Management)
Initiate improvements to improve application reliability

Service Tracking:
Perform periodic productivity analysis to drive operational efficiencies
Define and implement the Problem Management process in an appropriate Service Management system
Ensure process adherence across all delivery teams (covering the entire portfolio/account)
Ensure Problem Management SLA’s agreed are met consistently
Analyze metrics data to find service bottlenecks and provide inputs to the Service Improvement plan

Desired Skills:
Experience working for Healthcare domain or enrollment applications
Experience working with high end technology product development environment

Responsibilities:
Manages, organizes, mentors, motivates and delegates tasks to a team of talented software engineers;
Design and code high quality deliverables adhering to defined standards and design principles
Create unit tests and ensure code coverage is met as per the agreed standards
Assumes responsibility for the quality and timeliness of the team’s deliverables;
Provide Java and database based solutions by studying existing technology architecture; analyzing browser compatibility techniques; evaluating solution alternatives; developing prototypes; and writing detailed technical requirements;
Fosters a culture of continuous improvement in all areas of technology and instills the principles of this culture in a team.
Ensures that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines;
Provides detailed and timely status updates to management;
Helps establish and enhance development policies, procedures, and standards and enforces their implementation upon their team of developers;
Maintains technical knowledge and understanding of the latest development methodologies and best practices by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations;
Ensures quality and consistency throughout the architecture and implementation of the code base;
Acts as a highly competent advisor to their manager, leads and team
