ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Partner Manager at Cognizant, you&rsquoll be responsible for working with a Program Manager to:

- manage multiple large projects/pilots/Ops with minimal supervision for its entire life cycle (initiation, planning, execution, and closure)
- liaise with cross functional teams (Engineering, Product Management, BA, DA, QA, Operations)
? to ensure the deliverables are met
? to anticipate and solve operational issues, drive operational progress
- identifying the bottlenecks and implement the mitigation proactively
- analyzing & gathering conclusions in shape of practical recommendations from data coming from past scenarios and new projects
- deliver slick presentations to C-suite executives
- defining, documenting & implementing the processes and also ensure the compliance
- Identify, evaluate & finalize the potential partners based on the scope
- understanding products, internal tools and processes and leverage those to increase work efficiency
- metrics preparation for various evaluations. Preparing dashboard and metrics for Program Managers
- driving the project and identifying parameters for next steps/enhancements
- leading and assisting in special Pilot Projects related to Business and coming up with actionable recommendations
- identifying and proposing initiatives to increase efficiency
- researching and outreaching to potential partners in strategic countries, manage relationship with existing external partners
- defining project scope and prioritizing according to client product priorities, create project plan and milestones for project execution
- setting up an end to end operational process and workflow, create tracking document, training material, device deployment plan, operations plan 
- monitoring operational progress and generate weekly or monthly reports for analysis to drive efficiency and latency improvements with operations partner
- managing last minute operational adjustments

Minimum qualifications:

- Fluent in English and French language speaking skills
- Bachelor&rsquos degree and or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in pre-sales or consulting related to any technology or a software product
- Experience in project management & stakeholder management is preferred
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Powerpoint
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
- Excellent documentation skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with team members at all levels
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects
- Experience in handling international stakeholders will be an advantage
- Understanding of SQL will be an added advantage
