Job title: Release Coordinator

Job summary:

The Release Coordinator is responsible for planning monitoring and coordinating modifications to the applications within Personal lines with the team. Activities include coordinating emergency and non-emergency changes to the production environment and non-production environments updating the master schedule leading implementation calls and keeping the teams in loop with changing processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitors Remedy and Release Portal JIRA to track and maintain status of changes related to enhancements and non-emergency defects

Assists in repairing and providing for audits and inquiries

- Maintains training materials related to release processes  compliance and the change management process and helps to bring entire Personal lines teams up to speed as necessary

- Creates weekly release that bundle planned product content for release the coming week

- Monitors the migrations between environments at each phase in the entire release lifecycle to ensure that we are 100% compliant every step of the way

- Maintains daily contact with DEV  QA  ETE and UAT to obtain status of work residing in each queue  and coordinates re-planning efforts due to non-recoverable date slippages

- Updates a release schedule that details the entry/exit dates for DEV  QA  UAT and ETE and eventual release into PROD for each planned modification

- Administers the IT intake and planning process which schedules new requests on the release calendar  based on priority  level of effort  technical pre-requisites and resource availability

- May coordinate emergency troubleshooting and change management

- Planning  monitoring and coordinating modifications to the existing Liberty Mutual (Personal Lines) insurance Product

- Help ensure compliance with all regulations  and ordinances.

Certification(s) Required

WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF CHANGE RELEASE MANAGEMENT BEST PRACTICES AND OF RISK MANAGEMENT.

REQUIRE EXCELLENT ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS TO CONVEY PLANS  EXERCISES  AND ACTIVITIES.  MUST BE ABLE
