Summary of Position: ServiceNow Senior Developer

You will be implementing and driving specific technical tasks, serving as technical support, interacting directly with clients, and assisting to create standardization of Technology methodologies, approaches and related work.

Role Responsibilities:

• Monitor system performance and identify potential problems.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to ServiceNow functionality.
• Service request fulfillment for ServiceNow administration for access, reports, configuration changes etc
• Manage user access and permissions within the platform.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Implement configuration changes based on business needs and approved updates.
• Create reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Document procedures and maintain clear knowledge base for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, operations) and external vendors to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications Required:

• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE 3 DAYS/WEEK IN PHILADELPHIA, PA WORKSITE LOCATION
• 5-7 years overall work experience with at least 4 years on the ServiceNow platform
• Good Communication and presentation skills, Client handling.
• 4 years hands-on JavaScript coding experience
• Hands-on with ITIL Process implementation.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow scripting
• ServiceNow for custom Application Design & Development.
• Ability to create and Modify Workflows.
• Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
• Hands-on migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow.
• Good at creating required information for Reporting and Dashboards
• Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS,
• Effective time management, team handling, and organizational skills Responsibilities
• Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those
• CIS, CSA or CAD certification preferred

Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary is between $110,000-$160,000 depending on related ServiceNow experience level

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on Performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
