SRE Lead 
Qualification:
Bachelors/Masters in Engineering or equivalent
Responsibility:
-
Update Planning boards / Issue tracker / any other tracker every day with task or story or epic progress before daily standup meeting. 
-
Track project progress report / burn down chart / Kanban board / progress queues as part of daily routine procedure so that delivery milestones can be achieved without deviation. 
-
Meeting and exceeding the goals set by project manager and client. 
-
Adherence to the timelines, process and guidelines specific to project 
-
Timely availability for all meetings and events 
-
Proactive inputs sharing for betterment of project deliverables and achieving project goals before timeline. 
-
Timely communication of blockers and dependencies with Scrum Master and PM to avoid project impact. 
-
Consistent focus on quality of deliverables and automation for validations 
-
Encourage open and transparent communication with team members. 
-
Proactive dependencies call out and resolution. 
-
Willing to support different time zone projects and making yourself available for overlap meetings. 
-
Good ability to connect with stakeholders and articulate the deliverables. 
-
Adherence to project timesheet and other compliance as applicable 
-
Ability to deliver independently with minimal or no support to perform respective job role.

Maintaining good Rapo with client, team and project stakeholders 
Requirements:

12 years of hands-on experience in tools like Grafana, Splunk or Elastic-stack 
-
Handson Expertise in building Grafana dashboards using PROM-QL queries.? 
-
Exposure to Tempo (for Traces), Loki (for logging), cortex (for Metrics) is a must. 
-
hands on experience in CI-CD pipeline (Jenkins, GitHub,?creation, deployment 
-
Strong sense of architecture and design for fault tolerance, scale-out approaches and stability practiced Azure Well Architected framework or other cloud such as GCP. 
-
Excellent understanding of Docker & Kubernetes is required. 
-
Expert in SRE observability implementation in instrumentation of metrics, logs and traces. 
-
Prior experience dealing with high volume distributed technical architectures with a high cost of failure, i.e., focus on reliability and availability. 
-
Experienced with telemetry tooling and observability systems such as: Jaegar, Prometheus, Open Tracing, Open Telemetry, App Dynamics, Splunk, Data Dog, New Relic, Light step, Grafana.

Hands on Exposure to Golang / Python is good to have.

Experience with leveraging common infrastructure services like Enterprise Message Bus, Configuration Services, Toggles, Logging Systems, Telemetry for Observability (e.g., Open Telemetry)

Expert in Observability & SRE principles, SLI, SLO and SLA definition and management

Experienced in Application performance management tools and frameworks like Dynatrace, App D, Elastic stack, Grafana stack, etc.

Experience in emerging technologies like Machine Learning and AI Ops is a plus.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, influencing, collaboration and negotiation skills.
