Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.

Roles and Responsibilities
Seeking a passionate and experienced Workday HRIS Testing Manager/Lead to our efforts in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our Workday HRIS Implementation.
You will work closely with multiple stakeholders HRIS Business and our system implementor.
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for Workday HRIS configurations, upgrades, and integrations. Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to optimize efficiency and coverage.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and other partners to understand business requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with Workday and Internal teams to resolve issues effectively and ensure alignment of testing efforts with project milestones.
Conduct system, integration, and regression testing to ensure the reliability and accuracy of HRIS processes.
Create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and reporting. Present test results and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Strong understanding of HR business processes and practices.
Required Skills
· Previous experience in managing a large-scale Workday Testing program during the implementation.
· Have in-depth knowledge of core modules configuration and reporting tools (Core HCM, Security, Advance Compensation, Recruitment & Onboarding and Talent & Performance).
· Proven experience in testing Workday HRIS modules.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functional teams.
