Cognizant is looking to add one AS400/COBOL Sr Developer/Tech Lead to the team in Oak Brook, IL

Skills Required:
- Strong AS400 and COBOL skillset
- Strong in SQL/DB2.
- Should have strong WMS domain knowledge
- Should be able to lead AS400 and .Net projects
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills
- Responsible for getting the project requirements from customer and pass it on to offshore team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage queue effectively and allocate tasks to the team based on an allocation plan.
