Engagement Delivery Lead
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Delivery Lead with 18 to 20 years of experience in Delivery Management. The ideal candidate will oversee the successful delivery of projects ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to managing resources timelines and deliverables all while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Large Complex End to End Cloud, Infrastructure, Service Desk, EUC, Security Operations
Strong Stakeholder Management skills, Relationship building skills and People Management skills.
Should be able to effectively interact at VP/SVP level within internal and client organization.
Track and support the activities of project teams to ensure quality and timeliness of program execution
Responsible for reporting SLAs, metrics and other critical hygiene factors that impact the Account
Should be extremely conversant in dealing with multi service line delivery. Liaise and manage collaboration between service lines to bring in synergies and ensure successful delivery.
Review solution and estimate for new opportunities
Reporting to internal senior management or Leadership teams on the overall engagement (across different dimensions like delivery, bid management, staffing, financials etc.)
Working closely with MDU and align to overall account level goal to meet Top line & Bottom line
Manage end to end P&L for the account
Manage end to end Delivery
Mandatory Capabilities/Skills /Years of Experience
Must have 15 years of Infra delivery experience.
Must have proven experience in successfully managing large Infrastructure Operations and a collective team of 300 associates between Onsite and Offshore.
Should have strong Run and Operate - Infrastructure Operations background. Should be a leader in dealing with day-to-day IT Operations and be the custodian of IT Infrastructure of the customer
Drive Automations across Cloud, ServiceNow, Infra, Security and EUC
Delivery focused with continuous improvement and automation first mindset
Technically sound who can provide a POV on industry trends and challenge the status quo
Proven track record of executing large scale Transformation Programs
Should be aware of how strategies and tactics work in the client's environment with knowledge of Cognizant's competitors as well as broad drivers in client's business
Excellent presentation and written communications skills
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently to manage the whole program and respective stakeholders and projects
Ability to take ownership for key projects' timelines, deliverables, budget and metrics
Project/strategic planning and business background with understanding of assigned areas of responsibility
Ability to multitask and react in a fast-paced organization
Understanding of financial management, revenue forecasting and profitability management
Extensive experience with global delivery model
Excellent client management, relationship building and escalation management skills
Ability to collaborate and resolve conflicts in a diverse matrix organization within Cognizant and with clients
Proven track record of achieving profitability metrics by leveraging various levers such as pyramid optimization, scope monetization, on off ratio, etc.
Ability to expand portfolio through incremental business development activities and collaborating closely with client stakeholders
Preferred Capabilities/Skills/
Good understanding of SAP Basis services
Consumer, Manufacturing Industry experience
Salary and Other Compensation:

The Salary for this position will be 00 yearly Base depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
