Position Responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience in technical product selection technical design and practical implementation of IT solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging with people at all levels of the organization
- Should have working experience coordinating people between onsite/offshore and have worked with people from various time-zones
- Ability to work collaboratively with functional units ability to navigate a complex organization to influence and lead people across cultures at a senior level
- Ability to monitor tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint and MS Project) and SharePoint
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between ($130kp/a – $140kp/A) depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
