Job Summary
Cognizant is looking for an Instructional Designer with six to ten years of experience in developing customized product for our clients. The role is expected to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies.
An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, collaborative environment. Someone that values the “team” and leverages the opinions and expertise of their teammates to deliver quality.
Role
- Develop training materials
- Support Sales University priorities
- Have strong ID capabilities
- Develop in Articulate suite, Vyond, and other standard development tools
- Build level 100 courses for SAP
- Work with PMs as their main points of contact
- Work closely with the integral members of the team
- Support the established SLAs
- Take direction from Cognizant PMs and complete tasks in a timely manner
Required Skills
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing online training and e- learning programs, including video production
- Experience in learning needs analysis, curriculum design, instructional design, training strategy and content development
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly
- Thorough understanding and experience of working on ILTs and WBTs using effective instructional strategies.
- Experience of working on varied learning interventions like video-based learning game-based learning micro-learning
- Content writing, Complete final build, confirm all approvals, publish course
- Proven ability to independently manage all aspects of the Project Life Cycle (PLC) with ability to research, perform training needs analysis
- Experience with Storyline 360
- Experience with Articulate Rise
- Experience with Camtasia
- MS Office, Lectora, Adobe Captivate
- CERTIFICATION IN INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE
