JOB DUTIES:
- 5 years of industry experience with BI Development - reports, metadata layer, dashboards using SQL queries or other BI tools.
- 3 years of experience in Tableau dashboard development and implementation
- Degree in Computer Engineering or Mathematics preferred
- Experience with ETL and data modeling
- Tableau Developer with an expertise to create visualizations that provides business insights to customers
- Have experience with performance tuning specific to Tableau
- Trusted to work independently with stakeholders at all levels (Account Managers to Directors)
- Excellent communication skills to be able to work with business owners to develop and define key business questions and to build specification for the data sets/dashboards that answer those questions
- Experienced in requirements gathering, design, deployment, and on-going enhancements request
- Build prototypes for demonstration and illustration purposes for Business partners, customers or senior leaders.
- Support peers and stakeholders as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) through troubleshooting, analysis of results
- Act as mentor and Tableau SME for other Tableau users across the companyThis position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
