Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Web API Docker Azure App Service Azure AKS SQL .Net Core JSON Rest API XML SOAP and Visual Studio. Additionally, domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance is mandatory. The role involves designing and implementing robust technology solutions that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable Web API solutions to meet business requirements.
Oversee the deployment and management of applications using Docker and Azure App Service.
Provide expertise in Azure AKS to ensure efficient container orchestration and management.
Develop and maintain SQL databases to support application functionality and data integrity.
Utilize .Net Core to build high-performance reliable and secure applications.
Implement JSON and Rest API for seamless data exchange and integration with external systems.
Ensure XML and SOAP protocols are effectively used for data communication and service integration.
Use Visual Studio for coding debugging and testing applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Monitor application performance and implement optimizations to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our technology stack.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to foster their professional growth.
Qualifications
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
Exhibit proficiency in Property & Casualty Insurance domain to understand and address industry-specific requirements.
Show experience in designing and implementing solutions using Web API Docker and Azure App Service.
Have a deep understanding of Azure AKS for container management and orchestration.
Display expertise in SQL .Net Core JSON Rest API XML SOAP and Visual Studio.
Certifications Required
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 to $135,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
