Job Location: Newark - NJ USA (Work from Office)

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Lead the development and implementation of Model N solutions to meet business requirements.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate finance and accounting principles into project planning and execution.

· Analyze current financial systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. –

· Provide expert guidance on Model N configurations, customizations, and optimizations.

· Ensure project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and adhere to high-quality standards.

· Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and progress.

· Conduct thorough risk assessments for project tasks and activities, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.

· Stay abreast of the latest developments in Model N and finance & accounting practices to recommend innovative solutions.

· Mentor and support team members in their professional development and understanding of Model N and financial systems.

· Qualifications - Must have a minimum of 17 years of experience in a technical lead role, with a focus on Model N and finance & accounting.

· Proven track record of managing large-scale projects successfully.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.

· Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on team collaboration and stakeholder management.

· In-depth knowledge of financial systems and processes, with a keen eye for detail.

· A commitment to continuous learning and improvement in both technical and domain-specific areas.

· Certification in Model N is highly desirable.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $66K - $132,500K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
