Hybrid SAFe Product Manager

Cognizant Digital Engineering practice is seeking a SAFe Product Manager with 5-9 years of experience skilled in SAFe Framework, Agile Methodologies and Azure DevOps to lead our projects in the BFS Payments domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Portfolio Management Dashboarding Product Lifecycle Management and possess a keen Business Acumen with expertise in Business Analysis & Planning Business Process and Business Relationship Management. This role is pivotal in driving our projects towards success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of project management strategies in alignment with the SAFe framework and Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of project dashboards using Azure DevOps providing real-time insights into project status risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the product management team to define and refine the product vision and roadmap ensuring projects are aligned with business goals.
• Apply expertise in Portfolio Management to prioritize projects based on value risk and strategic goals optimizing resource allocation and timelines.
• Implement robust Product Lifecycle Management practices to streamline product development and enhance market responsiveness.
• Apply Business Acumen Analysis & Planning skills to conduct thorough market and competitive analyses informing strategic decisions and project direction.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships acting as a liaison between technical teams and customers to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Champion the adoption of Agile methodologies across teams facilitating continuous improvement and fostering a culture of innovation and flexibility.
• Conduct regular reviews of business processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to Business Relationship Management practices to enhance customer satisfaction and project outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

• 10 to 15 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• 5 to 9 years of experience skilled in SAFe framework.
• Proven experience in managing projects within the BFS Payments domain with a solid understanding of reconciliation processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAFe Framework, Agile Methodologies and Azure DevOps.
• Strong skills in Portfolio Management Dashboarding and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Excellent Business Acumen with a solid foundation in Business Analysis & Planning Business Process and Business Relationship Management.
• Product Vision and Road mapping.
• Excellent communication skills.

The annual salary for this position is between $99,600.00 – $127,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
