Job description:
1. Serving as a business process expert for complex implementation projects
2. Thought leadership in one or more of the following: Industry processes, change management, and business process design.
3. Meaningful contributions to internal processes and standards.
4. Building trusted relationships with clients through empathetic guidance on the design of business processes
5. Leading collaborative working sessions with clients and partners to elicit business requirements.
6.Translating input of varying detail into project, process delivery requirements for the purposes of scoping and solution design.
