This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
The annual salary for this position is between $91,000 to $106,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for site reliability engineering tasks to ensure system reliability and uptime.
- Provide performance validation for various applications and systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for performance testing using Python.
- Able to use AWS services to improve system performance and reliability.
- Monitor system performance metrics and provide regular reports to collaborators.
- Work closely with multi-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
- Supply to the continuous improvement of performance validation processes.
Qualifications
- Validated experience with Dynatrace for performance monitoring and management
- Demonstrate expertise in site reliability engineering practices.
- Have a validated background in performance validation for applications and systems.
- Experience with Python for developing automation scripts would be helpful.
- To be familiar with AWS services and their application in performance improvement will be a valuable plus.
- Proven track record in Payer is helpful.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are important.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required
