Job Description The Program Manager serves as key personnel and acts as a single point of contact with the authority to speak and act on behalf of the contractor directly with our government client. The Program Manager is responsible for organizing and scheduling work to meet delivery of all contract requirements, deliverables, and contingency planning for a multi-million-dollar government client. The Program Manager reports on how the work is being accomplished, including the activities of any subcontractor(s). The Program Manager oversees effective communication with the client and program team on all aspects of the contract and all services provided. The Program Manager interacts with the government program officials regarding issues and status of the program, coordinates financial and staffing resources, procurement, and record-keeping, administers security safeguards, and manages the activities of any subcontractors. He/she prepares special analyses, reports and presentations of budgets, performance, and forecasts as required. The Program Manager will develop and implement processes, program or service improvements and provide interpretation of data and advice to management, serving as a primary contact for problem resolution and data gathering. Key Responsibilities Serve as key personnel on the contract Manage performance against established service level agreements (SLAs) and metrics Manage against a Quality Control Plan and develop strategy and process for continuous improvement, innovation, and results Develop and manage against the Project Management Plan, which encompasses detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs), work breakdown structure, risk management, communications management, and a project schedule that includes milestones, tasks, and subtasks Mobilize resources to execute the work represented in the plans Monitor progress against the plans Provide briefings and reports of activities Review deliverables to ensure conformance to contract requirements Resolve support issues within its responsibility Establish Award Fee Targets/Goals Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program required. Ten years of experience working in a military environment providing counseling, military support programs, or other similar types of support services. Minimum of ten years of experience as a program or project manager operating a program of similar size, scope, or complexity (e.g., annual revenue of approximately approx. $100M). Must be U.S. citizen and must speak fluent English. Professional (PMP) certification Effective management skills. Organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills. Effective oral and written communication skills Travel to work locations and customer sites may be required May be required to work some holidays Candidates that do not meet the required qualifications will not be considered. Preferred Qualifications Active Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA) Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) or Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional, or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Located within the Washington DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia (DMV) metropolitan area with ability to meet onsite with client, with ability to travel to remote sites upon request. Comprehensive knowledge of multi-channel contact center operations, continuous improvement concepts, procedures, processes, best practices, and industry trends.. Compensation $171,617.55 - $274,592.75 The pay range for this job is determined by various factors, including but not necessarily limited to location, responsibilities of the job, and alignment with market data. When determining a salary for this role, the following factors may will be taken into consideration - contract-specific affordability, education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience.
