Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Solutions Specialist to assist with onboarding and supporting our customers. Experience in restaurants and software application support is all that we require. This position can be filled by working remotely or from our office in Livermore, CA (the San Francisco bay area):
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assistance with new customer onboarding services.
- Setting up system integrations with food & beverage vendors
- Setting up system integrations with Point of Sale systems
- Setting up system integrations with Accounting systems.
- Configuring the starting database for a new customer.
- Assist in Ongoing Customer Support (via email response system):
- Answer end-user questions regarding application use.
- Trouble shoot and report technical problems to the development team.
