Role Overview:
As the Production Supervisor, you'll manage multiple areas of the plant, ensuring the production of quality parts to achieve plant goals in safety, quality, and productivity.
An overnight shift (11PM - 7:30AM) is available, offering an exciting opportunity to lead and make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensure the safety of associates and the environment by maintaining equipment and processes in compliance with safety goals.
- Adhere to Quality Management, Environmental Management System, and Safety guidelines on a daily basis.
- Identify and rectify quality issues promptly.
- Identify and address departmental training needs, ensuring associates are qualified to operate equipment.
- Lead teams in enhancing processes, quality, cost efficiently, and associate development.
- Provide guidance, direction, and supervision to production operators, resolving employee concerns and monitoring performance, vacation, and attendance.
- Monitor product flow and adjust manpower to meet customer demands efficiently.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in 5S, housekeeping, organization, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to quality systems and procedures within the manufacturing group.
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques and systems to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in cost analysis and data interpretation as needed.
- Schedule production departments to meet schedules and inventory levels, maintaining the Just-in-Time (JIT) philosophy.
- Coordinate training for new associates and contribute to ongoing training development efforts.
Qualifications & Education:
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred from an accredited institution.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory position within a manufacturing facility, with preference for automotive industry experience.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday (on-site)
- Night shift available (11PM – 7:30AM)
- Weekend availability
Compensation: Up to $75,000 base salary DOE
