THIS POSITION WILL HAVE LIMITED TRAINING SO WE ARE SEEKING SOMEONE TO JUMP RIGHT IN.
- Create daily lessons plans on the topic of the day
- Create and maintain an environment that is conducive to learning and personal growth of clients by establishing standards of behavior and participation and encourages clients to maintain these standards.
- Create and maintain an environment that is conducive to learning and personal growth of clients by establishing standards of behavior and participation and encourages clients to maintain these standards.
- Plans, conducts, and facilitates workshops, and group activities specific to programs by facilitating group discussions, lecturing, demonstrating, and using audio and/or visual aids and other material to supplement program curriculum. Follows standard curriculum for the program and supervises all program activity.
- Complete intake admissions, evaluations, program completion, and program termination information with admin.
- Maintains and monitors confidentiality of client’s files
- Perform a variety of routine activities to provide physical and psychological care to clients Monitor and document client behavior and imperative changes
- Complete daily session notes
- Accurately schedules client appointments
- Transportation when needed
- Other admin work as needed
- Are you able to work most holidays? Excluding;Thanksgiving, Family Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day
Qualifications High School diploma, GED certification or equivalent is required.*
- College degree (Preferred)
- Two years of experience facilitating and delivering behavioral programs to include Substance Abuse,
(Domestic Violence, mental illness, and other various topics is required.)Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 25 years of age.
- Current TB (negative TB in last 6 months
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
- CPR/First Aid Certificate within 90 days of hire
- Possess and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license
- MS Office proficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
