PROGRAM FACILITATOR ASSISTANT/OFFICE ASSISTANT
(Substance Abuse & Mental Illness)
$17.00-20.00hr with a $150.00 Sign on Bonus after 6 months
Shift Options: 9:00A.M-3:30P.M Tuesday-Friday

Job Description
- Create daily lessons plans on the topic of the day
- Assist Program facilitator with admin work
- Create and maintain an environment that is conducive to learning and personal growth of clients by establishing standards of behavior and participation and encourages clients to maintain these standards.
- Plans, conducts, and facilitates workshops, and group activities specific to programs by facilitating group discussions, lecturing, demonstrating, and using audio and/or visual aids and other material to supplement program curriculum. Follows standard curriculum for the program and supervises all program activity.
- Complete intake admissions, evaluations, program completion, and program discharge information with admin.
- Maintains and monitors confidentiality of client’s files
- Filing
- Accurately schedules client/staff appointments
- Update Calendar
- Maintain company compliance
- Monitor and document client behavior and imperative changes
- Complete daily session notes
- Transportation when needed
- Client Intake
- Other admin work as needed
Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED certification or equivalent is required.
- College degree (Preferred)
- One-Two years of experience facilitating and delivering behavioral programs to include Substance Abuse, Domestic Violence, mental illness, and other various topics is required.
- Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 25 years of age.
- Current TB
- CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Possess and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license
- MS Office proficiency

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
