Our Advisory Division work focuses on Valuation & Litigation Support Services, M&A Advisory, Transaction Services, and Management Consulting. The business valuation professionals work closely with their clients to learn about the company from all points of view to provide a fair, accurate, and confidential picture of the company’s value. Our clients range from individual partnership interests; to small companies and professional practices; to large regional, national and multi-national companies. 

We are very excited about our growth opportunities and are seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial energy and commitment to client service to join our Valuation & Litigation Support Services team! We are open to this position being in any of the following office locations: Cleveland, OH; Chicago, IL; Detroit, MI. We are also open to candidates who would like to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Participation in all aspects of the project (proposal – final analysis)
• Industry Research
• Financial Modeling and Report Writing
• Forecasting and Analysis
• Discovery Review and Analysis
• Compile and issue supporting documentation and final reports
• Participate in Client Meetings
• Networking
• Continued Technical Development

Qualifications

• 7 years of relevant experience
• Historical revenue generation is a plus
• Business development and revenue generation is a significant expectation for this role
• Valuation and/or Forensic Accounting Experience Preferred
• Valuation and/or Forensic Accounting Training Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree
  • Accounting and Finance double major preferred
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Accredited Senior Agent (ASA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or other valuation industry credentials preferred
