What will you do? As a Clinical Program Manager at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a variety of essential functions to ensure smooth programmatic operations.
These functions include:
- Interviewing and training of new staff.
- Providing Task and, where relevant, Clinical Supervision of program staff.
- Utilize Continuous Quality Improvement principals to identify areas for change, growth and expansion of the program.
- Remain up to date on program budgets and financial information.
- Understand and maintain standards of all program regulations, contracts and/or guidelines.
- Providing operational assistance to team members.
- Providing ongoing communication to the program team regarding changes, issues or needs of participants or of the program in general.
- Facilitating regular all team staff meetings.
- Maintaining compliance by completing necessary and ongoing training.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Services or Licensed in the State of Florida (491 Board), as required by specific programs.
- 2 years working with target population.
- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Pass a Level II Background clearance
- Pass a Motor Vehicle Records review
