Valuation Advisory Services - Experienced Consultant

CohnReznick Advisory Group currently has an exciting career opportunity in the Valuation Advisory team located in one of our California offices. We are looking for an Experienced Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Work on real estate valuation engagements, including appraisals for financing, litigation, estate/gift tax, and other strategic purposes.
• Explore and learn about the valuation issues for all property types.
• Explore and learn about methodology for impact studies on renewable energy and other supposed deleterious uses required for rezoning.
• Perform market, industry, and economic research and analyses.
• Maintain active communication with supervisors throughout engagements.
• Prepare valuation reports, schedules, and discounted cash flow models, including use of ARGUS ENTERPRISE and report writing software.
• Review and summarize financial, lease, sale and other legal agreements.
• Conduct appraisal analysis employing all three traditional approaches to value.

You will need:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Math, Engineering, Economics or Accounting with a strong interest in pursuing a Certified General Real Estate certification and/or MAI designation.
• 1 years of experience preparing real estate valuations.
• Ability to organize and work on multiple engagements simultaneously with competing priorities in a rapidly; growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based environment.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience working with CoStar, MLS and ARGUES ENTERPRISE.
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
