We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our legal operations team as Operations Associate. You will be a key player helping to set up key processes and partnering cross-functionally to help enable the work of our Legal, Compliance and Policy teams. You have a passion for all things operations and project management. You enjoy working closely with external partners, internal teams, and other internal support functions like Financial Planning & Analysis and Sourcing, to help problem solve and be an advocate for the Trust & Risk team.

What You’ll Be Doing (ie. Job Duties)

• Work closely with the Legal Operations Manager to manage the expense and vendor management function and processes for the Legal, Policy, and Compliance departments.
• Build and maintain tools for budget planning and spend tracking.
• Develop reports and execute periodic and adhoc reporting.
• Manage relationships and processes related to vendor/contractor onboarding.
• Communicate with the Sourcing and Finance teams related to invoicing and accruals.
• Respond to inquiries from and provide training/support to stakeholders on business processes and use of systems related to vendor management and expenses.
  
  

What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements)

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of relevant project, vendor or expense management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including both oral and written.
• Passion for all things operations related, with the ability to develop and implement processes.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves (no job too big, no job too small).
  
  

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Zip, Coupa, Ironclad or other CLM, Asana, Adobe Pro, DocuSign, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
• Exposure to high growth technology companies
  
  

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus target equity benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

Pay Range

$96,475—$113,500 USD
