Reports to: Mental Health & Accommodations Counselor
General Summary: Are you looking for the opportunity to gain experience in the counseling field, the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our future leaders, and earn supervision hours towards your licensure? The Coker University Center for Health & Wellness is seeking Licensed Professional Counselor Associates (LPCAs) to assist our students with their mental health needs. Under the supervision of our Mental Health & Accommodations Counselors, the LPCAs will provide therapy to our students and assist with the daily operations of the Center for Health and Wellness. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling and offering clinical supervision hours that can be applied toward certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as required by the South Carolina Board of Examiners for Counselors, Therapists and Psycho-Educational Specialists. Will receive supervision hours at a negotiable rate.
