Job Summary
This is a leadership position overseeing and prioritizing ISS security operations.
As an Information Security Manager, you will have to demonstrate excellent monitoring and emergency response skills. You will need a strong dedication to security rules and knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety. You will be the liaison between the security team and CISO in Colas Digital Solutions. You will provide direction to Colas North America users and ISS employees, you must also exhibit ability to lead initiatives and people.
ISS employees with security responsibilities will be working under your direction while you ensure the implementation of policies and procedures to maintain security standards.
Main Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of implementation of security policies, protocols and procedures provided by Colas security team
Customize security procedures provided by Colas security team to meet the needs of ISS users and information systems
Be an active member and influencer of the global Colas security team, and champion North American (NA) needs and priorities within the overall security projects list
Define and control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
Recruit, train and guide ISS employees with security responsibilities
Educate ISS employees and our Colas NA users about cyber security
Help ISS improve the communication with our NA users on Cybersecurity
Educate ISS about trends and technologies related to the field
Promote cybersecurity within ISS employees
Attend and conduct meetings to resolve operational needs
Assess new technology, processes, and infrastructure for risk
Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events in collaboration with Colas security team
Test and maintain all security measures, upgrading as the need arises
Coordinate ISS staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
Review reports on security incidents and breaches
Investigate and resolve issues related to security incidents
Build reports for ISS management and Colas security team on security status
Analyze information databases and applications for potential security risks
Analyze data to form proposals for security improvements specific to ISS information systems
Ability to work with a team and in a fast-paced environment
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology field
Further education in security administration will be an asset
Requirements
5 years of experience in application security, information risks, and developing security threat solutions
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to handling information, including NIST 800-171, CMMC or ISO27001 and also implementing GDPR
Proficiency with firewalls, endpoint security, mobility management, and vulnerability scanning
Experience in risk management, reporting and emergency response planning
Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
Proficient understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis
