Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Be an AWESOME leader to all of our staff on expectations of a Colaw Fitness staff member.
- Ensure that all Colaw Fitness’s systems, values, and goals are being followed.
- Recruit, hire, train and continuously develop a great performing staff team.
- Assist with the continuous training of staff members on what it means to be a Colaw Fitness employee.
- Answering member questions (in person or over the phone), completing member check-ins, new member tours, new member sign ups and cleaning checks throughout the facility

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
