Automotive air conditioning company in South Fort Worth searching for a detail, multi-tasking, hard-working person with a positive outlook to join our Accounting Department.
Accounts Payable:
Heavy Invoicing
Three-way matching
Credit Card Receipt entries
Processing Checks
Monthly Statements
Working knowledge of GAAP and Manufacturing Accounting Principles
Expense Reports
Some Reconciliation Experience
Payroll
Verifying Time Punches via a Timekeeping Program
Verifying and maintaining Vacation and Unpaid Time by employees
Able to help employees resolve timekeeping issues.
Accounts Receivables
Will back up Accounts Receivables when needed.
Working knowledge of Accounts Receivables Process
Office Assistant
Answer Phones
Help Walk in Customers
Customer Service
Filing / Scanning
Other Duties as Needed
Some Experience with Excel Required. Epicor or ERP System Experience a Plus
Salary is dependent upon experience. We offer Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance.
