What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spray Technician position at Coldstream Country Club?
The spray technician, under the supervision of the golf course superintendent or assistant superintendent will perform chemical applications on golf course greens, tees, fairways and roughs. In addition, the spray technician will assist in applications of fertilizers as well as any other golf course grounds keeping duty. The spray technician is responsible for reading, understanding and keeping current with chemical labels. Responsibilities also include keeping up to date application records.
A Spray Technician should process a high degree of attention to detail and desire to learn and succeed.
Golf course experience and/or pesticide application experience are required.
Hired applicant must be able to obtain Ohio Pesticide Applicators license within 90 days of hire.
