Accountant

Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty is a dynamic and growing company committed to delivering excellent service to its clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accountant.

As an accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and analytical professional with strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Preparation and analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy.

* Managing the general ledger, reconciliation of accounts, and conducting regular analysis of financial information.

* Collaboration with the team to assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

* Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

* Providing insightful analysis of financial performance, identification of trends, and recommending improvements.

* Continuously assessing and enhancing accounting processes to streamline efficiency and accuracy.

The qualified candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA designation a plus. Additional qualifications include:

* Proven experience as an accountant.

* Minimum of three years in a similar role.

* A thorough understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

* Proficiency in accounting software; Skyline a plus.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
