SALES MANAGER – COLDWELL BANKER SCHMITT REAL ESTATE COMPANY
SUMMARY OF POSITION The candidate for this role is responsible for increasing the office's market share through recruiting, training, and retaining agents.
KEY PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Increase agent productivity.
- Identify and recruit productive agents to increase net agent count.
- Increase the volume of transactions and sales to maintain and increase market share.
· Retain existing producing agents & coach them to higher levels of production.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Train and coach agents to increase current agents' listings & transactions sides.
Provide unparalleled agent experience for new & existing agents.
Supervising employees and promoting the Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Company culture.
Inform and train agents and staff about the resources available through Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Company.
Assist agents by offering contract advice, language, and solutions for any objections along with contract negotiations.
Attend educational courses, study specialized publications, establish personal networks, compare best practices, and stay up to date on professional and industry skills & technologies.
Review listings & sales contracts for compliance to company policy and regulatory authorities.
Recruit new and experienced agents using company recruitment materials & scripts.
Coach agents to higher levels of achievement through skill training & confidence building.
PROFILE OF THE APPLICANT This position is responsible for directing and expanding office market share with the help of the leadership team. The ideal applicant for this role is a leader who demonstrates knowledge, commitment & discipline who can build relationships and trust with our agents, a person who puts people first and drives recruiting and growth activities by influencing and aiding others in reaching their goals. Someone who sets a positive example for others and helps agents achieve their goals. A manager capable of increasing productivity, increasing the number of agents, and improving operational effectiveness.
The best candidate for this role will be a competent real estate manager who understands how to leverage themselves through people, systems, and tools. They must be intellectual, capable of dealing with pressure while remaining calm, and possess leadership abilities. They must have demonstrated organizational ability as well as leadership-level planning and goal-setting abilities. This position works with a wide range of personalities and requires strong verbal and writing communication skills, as well as excellent listening and coaching ability.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 3 or more years real estate agent experience 3 or more years of recruiting experience preferred. 3 or more years of management experience including operations and compliance.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week
