Job description:

Process all rental payments. Correspond with tenants and owners regarding rental payments. File all necessary court documents for evictions. Process all security deposits and correspond with vendors for payments. Keep accurate tenant payment information on file. Process tenant collection accounts and coordinate payment plans for balances owed. End of month closeout.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday

  • Alamogordo, NM 88310: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
