Job Posting for Real Estate Administrative Manager at Coldwell Banker
We’re hiring a professional, highly organized real estate office manager to supervise our administrative assistants and ensure our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities include maintaining new MLS listings, organizing paperwork and transaction contracts, and scheduling appointments. You’ll also be in charge of the monthly budget, purchase office supplies when necessary, and perform basic bookkeeping duties. Compensation:
$17 - $20 hourly DOE
Responsibilities:
Direct office procedures and manage all administrative duties and staff to make sure operations run smoothly
Schedule team appointments, events, and travel
Update MLS listings online and work with marketing to produce appropriate social media posts, photos, signage, brochures, and other materials
Maintain office equipment and re-order supplies when necessary
Track office expenses, do basic bookkeeping, and maintain the monthly budget
Handle the maintenance, ordering, and installation of all office equipment
Provide status reports
Provide superior back-office support by managing seller/buyer systems, internal databases, and lead generation
Update the listing and sale filing systems
Must be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills in order to manage daily operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
Real estate license preferred but not required
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
2 years of office management experience or similar work experience required
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
High School diploma plus 2 years of experience in administrative management required
Practices a client-focused philosophy

Strong ability to multitask
Bookkeeping skills
IT literate and competent user of Microsoft packages and social media outlets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Independent, self-motivated yet also able to work in a team environment successfully
Real Estate experience is a plus!
