Caregiver - Ravenna, OH

Coleman Adult Day Services is seeking an exceptional Caregiver to become a member of our caregiving team. The ideal candidate should be compassionate, patient, and willing to assist frail senior adults and developmentally disabled individuals of all ages with toileting, transferring, and other ADLs. This individual will also assist the Activities Director in recreational and therapeutic activities, as well as assist with daily cleaning tasks. No nights or weekends! Pay is $14/hour!

Qualified Caregiver Candidates:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to lift 50 pounds when necessary
• Able to work 25 hrs/week during Monday – Friday
• All Adult Day employees must have or receive the COVID vaccination/s at time of hire

Preferred Caregiver Candidates will also have:

• 1 year or more experience as or in a healthcare setting, home healthcare, or STNA
• Have some dementia care and/or developmental disability experience (will train if not)
