We are seeking a Director of Case Management in Trumbull County, Ohio. Duties will include providing clinical leadership and supervision for Case Management staff, direct care and advocacy for consumer needs.

- Providing clinical and administrative supervision to Case Managers
- Hiring/recruitment of staff
- Caseload assignments for staff
- Program and service administration, budget development and monitoring
- Qualified candidates must have:
- LISW or LPCC with an NPI number, an Ohio Medicaid provider number;
- Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with consumers, families, multi-disciplinary staff and partner agencies;
- At least 3 years' experience in serving populations with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders; and
- A valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record
- Additional clinical and administrative supervision experience;
- Licensed as a LISW-S, LPCC-S, or Psychologist;
- Experience in budgeting and/or program evaluation; and
- Prior management experience
