Coleman Health Services is seeking an exceptional social worker or counselor to join our recovery-oriented team of professionals to work with individuals seeking behavioral healthcare in Allen County, Ohio. The Social Worker or Counselor must have excellent skills in diagnostic assessment and counseling and desire to work in a fast-paced team environment. No weekends or major holidays! Annual salary range is $52,000 to $60,000.
Social Worker or Counselor Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- LSW or LPC
- Experience working with SPMI, SMD and AOD adult population
- Have or willing to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers
- Prefer someone with their LPCC or LISW
