We are currently seeking a Property Manager with proven skills for one of several communities, located in South Nashville, TN (37211).
- A general knowledge of apartment operations is required.
- Perform excellent customer service and ensure tenants are enjoying their stay.
- Coordinate and ensure the collection of rent each month.
- Answer leasing inquiries
- Excellent communication skills
- Coordinate the move in and move out of tenants.
- Log maintenance requests from tenants
- Document events on and around the property.
- Monitor condition of the property
- Assist pest control and other vendors around property
- Collect vending and maintain laundry facilities
- Assist with ensuring curb appeal is at adequate levels for the property
- Coordinate with maintenance department to follow through on requests.
- Must be self driven and have the ability to work alone at a high level.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a high school diploma/equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Must be well versed in Fair Housing rules & regulations.
- Must understand Tennessee Tenant-Landlord rules & regulations
