Job Description
Purpose:
Seeking an IT Project Manager on the EPIQ Team in BSS Quality Regulatory and Engineering Solutions. Be part of a dynamic environment, delivering high value quality critical solutions to multiple business units globally.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Owning and delivering numerous complex IT projects with medium to high complexity.
- Plan, execute and manage all aspects of the projects including initiation, planning, execution, validation and closure.
- Work with business and IT management to gain consensus on project scope, objectives and deliverables.
- Identify resource requirements, cost, and time schedules.
- Lead cross-functional teams through project planning exercises to develop detailed schedules and integrated project plans.
- Develop an implementation plan, conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to accommodate unforeseen events.
- Manage cross functional project teams including Business Analysts, Developers, Validation Analysts.
- Responsible for tracking the overall project budget.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to keep management and team informed. Identify problems, their resolution, trends, and their impact on project success; propose recommendations for management action.

- Project Management expert with hands on experience in delivering complex quality projects on time and budget.
- Has successfully led several high complexity projects from beginning to end.
- Demonstrated expertise in PM tools and processes. Experience delivering software development projects.
- Ability to manage delivery from multiple cross functional, global delivery teams.
- Strong change control and risk/issue management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Education/Experience
Required:
- 3 years’ experience utilizing Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
Preferred:
- Experience managing GxP software validation projects, process and methodologies.
- Experience managing Complaints Handling and other Quality systems.
- Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) Certification.
