Technical Lead

 Responsibilities:

• Perform requirement analysis.
• Develop high-quality and detailed designs.
• Identify risk and conduct mitigation action planning.
• Review the work of other developers and provide feedback.
• Use coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.
• Technical Lead Requirements:
• Degree in engineering, information systems or related.
• Extensive experience in the IT industry.
• 8 years in IT industry as a developer or technical lead
• Sound knowledge of estimation techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of Spring Framework and web services.
• Sound knowledge of Java technologies.
• Good understanding of unit testing methodologies.
• Hands on experience of test is not required
• Excellent analytical .
• Exceptional communication . Will be interacting with several different teams/groups including but not limited to the belwo:
• Business stakeholders
• Architect teams
• Dev team in India – may require contractor to be flexible with hours/timing (ideally looking for someone to start at 7am EST time to have at lease 3 hours of working hours overlap with off shore team)
• Extensive experience in working on Agile methodology. Preferably, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE).
  
  Salary Range : $53/hr-$69/hr
