About the Role:
- The Intake Specialist I is responsible for supporting PMQA by triaging complaints from various channels and serving as the initial point of contact with customers.
- They will ensure the accuracy of customer data and identify the appropriate complaint code.
- They will also handle data entry and coordinate work according to established business rules.
Responsibilities: -
- Complete the intake process for complaints received through phone, email, and OneTrack.
- Conduct an initial assessment of applications for missing information and reach out to customers to obtain the required data.
- Identify the complaint code based on the initial assessment.
- Coordinate the logistics for complaint samples.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for adverse events.
- Determine whether a replacement, credit, or warranty claim is warranted and notify the relevant stakeholders.
- Process replacement, credit, or warranty claims for customers.
- Provide translation services for reporting, if necessary.
- Identify the need for reply letters to customers regarding complaint investigations and send them to the complaint processing team for creation.
Education Qualification: -
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College or a 2-year Associate Degree is preferred.
Required Skills: -
- 1-2 years of experience within a call center, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Clear written and oral communication abilities.
- Knowledge and familiarity with pharmaceutical, biological, or device-related products, processes, equipment, and facilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills and navigating software systems.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
