Manager

Our Fast Food Restaurant Franchise is looking to hire a full-time Assistant General Manager for our stores in Salisbury.

We have 190 restaurants and looking to open 2 more before the end of the year. We're currently looking for some experienced Restaurant Managers .

You recruit, select, build, train, coach, and lead a team. Under your good leadership, each team member is inspired to take pride in their work and provide exceptional service at all times. With an exceptional ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities, you are a dependable source of strength and positivity.

You build restaurant sales and profits while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience Restaurant Management from a Fast Food / QSR concept
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and use of a personal vehicle to make bank deposits and travel to other locations as needed
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule

Desired Skills

• 3 years Restaurant Management of a Quick Service / Fast Food restaurant.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $51,000.00 bonus for Assistant General Managers
