Job Description:
Colleague is currently looking for an Enhancement Manager in the St. Rose. The Enhancement Manager be working for an upscale Landscape Company. This would be a full-time, direct hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
· Drives project schedule to beat deadlines
· Communicates progress with Account Manager and Maintenance Operations Manager
· Plans each project
· Supervises and coordinates all work performed
· Ensures proper use/maintenance of all equipment
· Manages 2-3 enhancement crews
· Manages the irrigation division
· Manages the spray division
· Ensures quality exceeds the client’s standards
Skills:
· 3-5 Years of Landscaping Experience
Knowledge and experience in plant materials and proper planting practices
· Knowledge of Aspire a plus
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize
- A valid Driver’s License
Education and Experience:
- An associate degree will be considered, along with relevant experience
