Collective Alternative (CA), a full-service marketing, public relations and advertising agency located in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a Project Manager to serve as part of a dynamic, creative and collaborative team. Established in 2008, we specialize in creating comprehensive grassroots marketing strategies for small-to-medium-sized local businesses with a commitment to creating meaningful relationships and delivering valuable results. Job Overview:

We’re growing! And we’re looking for a talented, driven and forward-thinking individual to join our team as a full-time marketing coordinator! As a Marketing Coordinator at Collective Alternative, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our marketing team’s efforts to execute and manage various campaigns and projects for our clients. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to implement strategies, coordinate tasks, and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Coordination:

Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, social media, email, and traditional.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and materials.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to the team.

Communication:

Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and ensure deliverables meet their expectations.

Market Research:

Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.
Compile and analyze data to generate insights that drive decision-making and optimization of marketing campaigns.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing project timelines.
Assist in budget and time tracking for marketing projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Previous experience in marketing or related roles preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar platforms
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
