We have curated a full suite of digital marketing tools and offer local onsite consulting services.
What you will do:
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the organization. This role involves coordinating with multiple departments, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Monitor and track team performance and provide feedback and guidance as needed.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
- Monitor and control project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that projects meet quality standards and deliverables are aligned with requirements.
- Conduct regular quality checks and reviews.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Track project expenditures and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Adjust project plans as needed to stay within budget constraints.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
