We are seeking an exceptional Growth Marketing leader to join our team and help us drive growth across all our brands. This is a highly visible and critical leadership position that will be responsible for owning and driving incremental growth across all our brands, with a particular emphasis on PSA and Goldin. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business by developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, driving paid growth through constant testing and optimization, and owning CRM and lifecycle engagement, organic growth, and marketing analytics.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of marketers and analysts, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design. You will have the autonomy to lead marketing technology efforts, identify and implement new tools and technologies to enhance our marketing efforts, and incorporate industry trends and best practices into our marketing strategy.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical and data-driven marketer to join a dynamic and growing company. We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving growth, has experience mapping out lengthy customer journeys and optimizing them, and is willing to roll up their sleeves and get work done. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our marketing strategy and driving growth across all our brands.
If you are a strategic and results-driven marketer with a passion for driving growth, and have experience leading marketing technology efforts, we encourage you to apply for this role. A passion for collecting or an interest in learning more about the industry is also a plus. We are looking for someone who is excited to take on new challenges and be a self-starter, and who is committed to making a significant impact on our business.
